Cell Microenvironment And Cell Culture Media Are Key Elements For An Improved CAR-T Therapy

About this webinar

Successful T-cell based therapies require properly optimized cell culture media to maximize critical quality attributes such as proliferation, viability, phenotype, and transduction efficiency. The right media can ease development challenges and can impact the speed, manufacturing cost, and quality of a therapeutic dose.

In this 15-minute webinar, we will introduce NB-ROC™, a new serum-free T cell media, and will share preliminary data demonstrating the promising performance of this new cell culture media which resulted in threefold improvement in transduction efficiency in internal experimentation.

Benefits of watching

  • Learn about the importance of transduction efficiency in CAR T-cell therapy
  • Review our data demonstrating the performance of NB-ROC and Physiologix™ when compared to commercially available products with respect to cell proliferation, population doubling, and transduction efficiency
